Eligibility for Returns

• 7-Day Return Guarantee: You can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order if you’re not satisfied with the results.

• Products must be unused or have at least 90% of the product remaining.

• The original packaging should be intact.

 

Steps to Initiate a Return

2. Approval Process
   Once we review your request, we’ll confirm if your return is eligible.

3. Send Back the Product
   Pack the product securely and send it to:
   Glow Transform™  Returns, SN-6, Paramount Golfforeste, Sector Zeta II, Greater Noida-201306
   (Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.)

4. Refund Processed
   Upon receiving and inspecting the product, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

 

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at checkout.

• Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

• If the product is damaged during return transit, we may deduct a portion of the refund.

 

Non-Returnable Items

• Products purchased during clearance sales or with heavy discounts.

• Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
